Results:

Managing Partner voted Managing Partner of the Year at the Yorkshire Lawyer awards - raising the profile of the firm through the use of social media useage played a significant part in the voting. Blacks ranked 2nd 'Most influential legal tweeters' in the UK (2nd out of 800) Significantly raised profile, which has raised brand awareness; raised visibility of experts to target business; increased invitation for expert comment with print media, radio, and TV; improved networking and business development practices.

Improve citizen engagement engage with the most dispersed population per sq mile in the UK. Improve engagement with the business community. Improve citizen engagement with a failing Council Centre with the danger of being closed. Provide a superior communication channel between the Planning Dept and citizens.

Solution:

Provided strategy for engagement utilising social media platforms. Specific user training and coaching was provided working to specific action plans with measurable outcomes.

Results:

Failing Council Centre - improved events bookings over 3 months from 'miserable' to full house and extended funding for the site. Provided a more cost and time effective on-line platform for which to communicate with citizens, acting as a faster and more effective customer service channel and noticeboard.
