The Synatus National Training Practice Group structure has been
designed to offer a Nationwide network of experienced teams of Training Consultants in a
total of 23 regions.
The regions contain a team of Consultants each with a different area of specialisation.
Each region is able to offer a broad range of training either on an in-house or Open Course
basis. For a company with offices in multiple regions it is possible to assemble a National
plan delivered by the teams in the relevant regions.
For small to medium sized companies it may make sense to enrol staff on open courses to
spread the time spent away from the business. Speak to the team in your region and they can
help structure a programme to suit your company.
