New Market opportunity with a new product. The products provided an insight into the needs of clients in ways that allowed new markets and routes to market to be identified.

Solution:

Reviewing the way the product set could deliver value to clients. We clarified the options and identified suitable business models. From that a strategic framework to test, improve and develop the product whilst monetising it was identified and implemented.

Results:

This enabled a revised marketing approach to be taken which brought new opportunities to the client allowing them to win more, more often. Strategic testing and feedback allowed the client to develop a low risk continuous development approach.

We created a business plan which provided a route to trading out of the difficulties and cutting costs and overheads.

Results:

A CVA was agreed based on the plan which gave the business breathing space to restructure, slim down the workforce and overheads and return to profitability.
